Traditional Romana pizza from Sussex
Great pizza starts with great dough. Our dough recipe uses 3 types of organic flour from the UK, along with top-quality extra virgin olive oil and salt. The dough is then given a minimum of 48-hours to achieve a light, airy and tasty crust.
Our ingredients are sourced from trusted local suppliers using as much Sussex produce as possible. We also use the finest imported ingredients to create our take on the legendary thin & crispy Romana Pizza.
